Is it acceptable for the Coalition for Hither Woods to utilize the H2M Report and other associated reports commissioned by East Hampton Town? 

YES! The town argues that outside groups are unfairly using an H2M report commissioned to study a Montauk Sewage Treatment Plant. The town says that this report is a “draft” and “preliminary” and should not have been released for public consumption. 

Yet at the same time, the town has been using these same reports since beginning of April/2021 as the basis for the proposed Sewage Treatment Plant! And the town is “acting” on data from within these H2M reports!
